Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with community PSWs and Nurses
• Assist in coordinating PSW and Nurse services
• Respond to inquiries and provide problem-solving assistance
• Report client and staff concerns to the Home Support Supervisor
• Enter client data accurately into the computer system

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in an office setting
• Availability for weekend shifts
• High call volume management skills
• Medical Office Admin Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
