This Social Worker position, based at North Campus Edmonton, is a vital member of the Faculty's student support team. You will provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and referral services while managing a diverse caseload. Your collaboration with community agencies will ensure that all students receive seamless support according to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide short-term, solution-focused support for students
• Manage a diverse caseload addressing personal wellness needs
• Conduct crisis interventions and facilitate continuity of care
• Develop team-oriented student support partnerships
• Maintain accurate case records in compliance with ACSW guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) required
• 2-5 years frontline social work experience
• Proven crisis intervention and counseling skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
• Member of Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW)
