Summary Oversee and direct day-to-day boutique operations to maximize productivity and deliver an elevated client experience. Act as the expert on standard operating procedures, systems and tools, ensuring smooth workflow across inventory, shipping, after-sales and point-of-sale processes. Lead, coach and develop the heart-of-house team while managing budgets, forecasts and boutique invoicing.
Responsibilities Manage cash handling procedures including opening, balancing and closing registers and invoice retention.
Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring parcels are processed within 24 hours.
Maintain inventory integrity across divisions through cycle counts, RFID, year-end inventory and loss prevention measures.
Organize and optimize stock to support sell-through and merchandising standards.
Manage after-sales operations (repairs, spare parts, local/international repairs)
and execute minor in-store repairs.
Create and manage boutique invoices, budgets and expenditure forecasts.
Lead change management initiatives, act as SOP/systems trainer and liaise with contractors, vendors and IT for boutique maintenance.
Requirements Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail operations and/or stock management (4-6 years preferred).
Solid organizational, communication and team management skills.
Experience coaching and developing retail teams and training on SOPs and systems.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approximately 15-20 lbs and maintaining back-office organization.
Fluent English; French is an asset.
