Key Responsibilities:
• Assess resident's occupational performance using evidence-based methods




• Plan and implement goal-directed occupational therapy services
• Evaluate service effectiveness and maintain necessary records
• Participate in quality improvement and interdisciplinary research
• Contribute to the development of therapy services

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with COTBC
• Eligible for CAOT membership
• Basic knowledge of occupational therapy practices
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
