As a Ramp Agent reporting to the Manager of Ramp Operations, you will be essential in managing freight and passenger luggage transported via our extensive fleet. The ideal candidate will thrive in a agile setting and exhibit respect and care for both customers and colleagues. Your commitment to on-time performance will be crucial in maintaining service levels while supporting our operations across Manitoba and Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, load, and unload baggage, freight, and equipment
• Tow, marshall, and service aircraft including lavatories
• Execute physically demanding tasks using safe methods
• Ensure adherence to on-time performance policies
• Provide courteous handling of customer luggage
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit
• Previous ramp or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift license or training considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors
