Store. As a Thrift Store Supervisor, ensure excellent customer service and inventory management in this full-time position. In your role, you will supervise a dedicated team while maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the store.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Corps Officer in executing store operations and providing outstanding service. You'll ensure inventory control, manage staff schedules, communicate with the team, and uphold health and safety regulations to create a welcoming setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assist a team of employees and volunteers
- Maintain stock levels and organize merchandise displays
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently




- Sort, price, and manage inventory continually
- Prepare sales summaries and adhere to store budgets Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of retail and supervisory experience
- Experience in cash handling and sales transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Completion of a related diploma or equivalent experience
