Are you constantly on TikTok, know what makes content take off, and love working with creators and influencers?

New Nordic Inc., an international health and wellness brand, is looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok, Influencer & UGC Specialist to join our marketing team.

This role is heavily focused on TikTok, influencer partnerships and UGC. You’ll help us find the right creators, develop content ideas, coordinate collaborations and turn great creator content into campaigns that build awareness and drive sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Find and recruit TikTok creators, influencers and UGC talent
- Build relationships with creators and manage collaborations from start to finish
- Develop TikTok concepts, hooks, trends and short-form video ideas
- Coordinate product seeding, briefs, timelines and content delivery
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok and paid social
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats and emerging creators




- Help turn the best UGC and influencer content into high-performing ads
- Track what’s working and help us scale winning content
- Working almost entirely in English

Bonus Skills Experience with any of the following is a big plus:

- Ecommerce and Shopify
- Graphic design
- Video production and editing
- Health, wellness, beauty or consumer brands
- French language skills
