Description
Reporting to the foreman, the job of the Tractor Disc Operator is to ensure turning the soil to dry the soil for compaction.

Tractor Disc Operator Responsibilities

Must be able to operate a variety of packing equipment in a safe and productive manner.





Must be familiar with aspects of road construction and compaction of soil.

Willing to help ground personnel when required.

Preform pre and post trip inspections on the unit.

Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Tractor Disc Operator Qualifications

Must have 2 seasons as a Tractor Disc Operator.

Understand the issues involving ground disturbance.
