This full-time salaried role involves the coordination of day-to-day operations for the Aquatics Department. You'll be responsible for children's swimming lessons, adult programs, swim team activities, and ensuring safety and compliance. Collaborate closely with Deck Leads and other team members to implement high standards across all aquatic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling and administration of Aquatics programs
• Support Deck Leads with operational direction and training
• Manage staff schedules and communicate program changes




• Track program enrollment and provide feedback recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and certifications

Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience in swimming instruction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Current aquatic certifications, including Lifesaving Instructor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Adaptable availability for evenings and weekends
