Join Blue Mountain Resort as a Seasonal Groomer Operator I and help maintain pristine ski and snowboard terrain. This role involves using specialized grooming equipment and techniques during overnight shifts from December to March.

As an entry-level position, you will primarily groom green and blue runs while assisting more experienced crew members on tougher terrain. The role also entails performing pre-shift checks, completing required paperwork, and addressing any equipment issues timely. You’ll collaborate with various departments including Snowmaking and Patrol to ensure a safe and enjoyable skiing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grooming equipment on designated runs
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and fill out paperwork




• Report and address safety hazards and equipment issues
• Work with GPS systems for enhanced efficiency
• Maintain open communication with other on-hill staff

Requirements:
• Valid G License in valuable standing
• Ability to work independently
• Previous grooming experience preferred
• Mechanical skills considered an asset
• Knowledge of resort winter terrain beneficial
