In this vital role, you will support residents under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Your responsibilities include bathing and transferring residents, assisting with meals, and providing routine treatments. Upholding safety and comfort is essential as you help maintain residents' daily routines and encourage their engagement in various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Bath and shower residents with proper care procedures
• Assist residents during transfers using safety equipment




• Help feed residents at meal times according to dietary needs
• Provide basic treatments under clinical supervision
• Accompany residents to activities and appointments

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
• Completion of Personal Care Aide Certificate Course
• Active registration with CLHA
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Post-secondary education is an asset
