Requirements Proven experience in game production
Demonstrated success shipping multiple AA or AAA titles from concept through launch and into live operations




Proven experience working on and successfully shipping console titles on Xbox and/or PlayStation
Strong understanding of console development, performance, certification, compliance, and platform requirements
Deep understanding of large-scale production pipelines
Experience with cross-disciplinary collaboration and publisher/developer relationships across PC and console development
Ability to apply lessons learned to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple platforms
Robust credibility with internal teams and external partners
Experience with task management software, preferably Jira
