What You Will Be Responsible For Operational Leadership
Leading all venue and event operations across the organization’s facilities and entertainment properties.
Establishing operational standards, policies, and best practices.
Supporting operational readiness and event execution excellence.
Overseeing staffing plans, scheduling, and operational coordination.
Guest Experience
Ensuring exceptional guest, fan, sponsor, and partner experiences.
Leading customer service initiatives and service quality standards.
Addressing operational challenges and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Facility Management
Supporting facility maintenance, capital improvements,
and modernization initiatives.
Coordinating with facilities, security, and safety teams to ensure operational compliance.
Monitoring operational budgets and cost management initiatives.
Event Execution
Overseeing operational planning for concerts, sporting events, conventions, and community events.
Collaborating with production, security, food & beverage, and guest services teams.
Ensuring operational excellence before, during, and after events.
What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational performance.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Experience working in fast-paced live event environments.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
