What will you do?

Apply your pastbusiness developmentexperienceforprospecting,and lead generation,tonew and existingclients

Demonstrate portfoliomanagement andriskmitigationthrough the review offinancial statementsidentifyingtrends,monitoringrisk,andassessingforcreditrestructuring

Providean exceptional client experience bydeliveringsuperior business and financialadvice

Leverage theexpertiseof RBC byidentifyingreferral opportunities, making introductions together withappropriate referralsto RBCpartners

Collaborate and coordinate with thevarious teamsto develop and execute a client contactstrategy

Champion digital enablement by becoming an advocate of the RBC mobile application and wallet, promoting regular usage througheducatingand guiding clients on how to useit

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience

Proventrack recordin business development and exceptional client relationship management

Credit skills including assessment of risk and financial analysis, credit structuring/solutions and presenting thedeal

Specialized industryexpertisein a past role (e.g.,real estate,



healthcare, agriculture)

Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e.,web-basedmeetings,social media, Digital Banking and Mobile Applications)

Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

Nice-to-have

Strong communicationand presentation skills

Deep products and services knowledge dependent on industry specialization

New client acquisition skills (i.e.,pitching the value proposition, lead generation, initial customercontactand cold calling, asking for referrals)

University degree, ideally incommerce,business administration,or related experience
