RESPEC is looking for a dedicated Drilling Engineer to take charge of diverse drilling projects. You will engage in exploratory drilling, geothermal well design, and solution mining. This role is perfect for engineers skilled in executing complex drilling plans and leading multidisciplinary teams focused on energy and resource development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full project lifecycle from proposal to execution
• Lead drilling engineering for exploratory and disposal well projects
• Develop detailed well designs and drilling programs
• Prepare and oversee Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) documents
• Provide project oversight for safe and compliant operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, geological, or mining engineering
• Minimum 5 years of drilling engineering experience
• Proficient in well design and drilling program execution
• Experienced in cost tracking and AFE preparation
• Willingness to travel 10% and hold a valid driver's license
