Key Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor daily operations of transit network
• Liaise with Station Operations during service disruptions
• Manage internal and external customer communications
• Document incidents using Incident Management software
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in a transportation control workplace
• Knowledge of transit operations and safety legislation
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
