YNCU is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist for a temporary full time role. You will be instrumental throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance evaluations. Key skills include HR operations, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively
• Facilitate enthusiastic onboarding for new hires
• Ensure accurate HRIS information on employee changes
• Collaborate within the Joint Health & Safety Committee
• Assist with employee disability and leave management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR or related field
• Minimum three years of HR experience
• CHRP designation or in progress preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable vehicle
