Immigrant Services Society of BC (ISSofBC) is hiring a MAP Case Manager to support settlement needs for clients, with emphasis on outreach and community connections in Vancouver and Current Westminster. This full-time, regular role is hybrid (office-based with some remote work).
You will provide one-on-one support, develop action plans, and help clients access settlement information, workshops, and services while coordinating with community resources and interpreters as needed.
