- Proficient in team operations (OP) procedures, able to independently complete itinerary cost calculations; experienced in hotel and vehicle bookings, itinerary planning, tour guide coordination, and capable of promptly resolving issues during the travel process;
- Familiar with designing travel itineraries and activity planning; capable of preparing travel proposals and accurate pricing; possesses in-depth knowledge of North American travel resources and can provide effective solutions for clients and partners;
- Skilled in comparing and integrating various travel resources for product development, selection, and listing; responsible for backend system input and maintenance, as well as order processing and management;
- Solid communication, coordination, and stress management skills; detail-oriented, proactive,
and responsible with a solid team spirit.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to efficiently handle emails and business communication in both languages;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software;
- Passionate about the travel industry, with strong learning ability and a customer-focused mindset.
