You will ensure training delivery aligns with regulations and company policies while overseeing proactive management of training programs. Collaborating with various teams will be essential to identify needs and enhance training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee training delivery and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and improve training quality and standards
- Identify and resolve training-related issues proactively
- Advise Training Managers to ensure quality training delivery
- Engage in client training activities monthly

Requirements:

- Professional pilot license or equivalent aviation experience
- Experience in aviation training management
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training tools
