Elevate staff training as a Training Lead within Island Health's Registration Practice and Reliability. Focus on mentoring staff and enhancing processes while ensuring patient safety. In this temporary full-time role, you will report to the Regional Manager of Registration.

Your five-plus years of expertise will guide the orientation, education, and reliability initiatives for Registration and Patient Placement staff. You will develop educational strategies, implement new processes, and promote a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate training sessions for Registration staff
- Implement Data Quality programs effectively
- Ensure compliance with registration standards
- Guide mentorship for new and existing staff
- Promote a positive learning culture and practices Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least five years' experience in a complex setting
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint
- Knowledge of health information management Lead training initiatives to enhance reliability and standard practices at Island Health.
