The Harvesting Supervisor works under the Operations Superintendent, managing all aspects of harvesting activities. This includes overseeing logging operations, road construction, and maintenance, along with preparing budgets and reporting on safety and quality metrics. The position requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise all harvesting activities including logging and road construction • Plan and deliver volume to Canfor Sawmill and customers • Conduct safety, quality,



and cost reporting and analysis • Manage administrative and environmental tasks • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Requirements: • University Degree or Technical Diploma in Forestry or Natural Resource Management • Strong project management and communication skills • Experience in forestry operations • Knowledge of BC legislation and policies • Basic GIS skills and previous fieldwork experience
