Responsibilities

Complete TMS interface batch reconciliations and postings.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, including invoice posting, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and other related activities.

Assist in developing checks-and-balances tools within the month-end process to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain required information promptly and ensure updates are incorporated into month-end reporting procedures.

Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely manner; analyze, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Perform reconciliations between various billing systems and the ERP to ensure data integrity.

Conduct financial analysis to support ongoing financial operations.

Participate in system implementation/migration and process-improvement projects.

Assist with interim and year-end audit preparation.

Support additional reporting requirements, including external customer reporting.

Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.

About you

1) 2+ years of full-cycle accounting

3) Advanced Excel Skills
