Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
10 years of product development experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to identify, select, and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors
Skills in planning, monitoring, and coordinating technical projects
Ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
Creative and resourceful mindset
Ability to work in an Agile and collaborative setting
Good knowledge of computerized environments and design software, particularly SolidWorks
Experience with finite element analysis (an asset)
Knowledge of plastics processing techniques (an asset)
Advanced proficiency in French and English
