Must-Have Skills
Test framework design/ownership — building suites from scratch, not just writing individual tests
CI/CD pipeline integration with automated quality gates (e.g. Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) — blocking merges on test failures, coverage thresholds, lint
Experience automating regression checks or performance/benchmark validation as part of a pipeline
Cross-platform test automation exposure (Android + iOS), given the project spans both
