Warrington PCI Management is searching for a Property Accountant to oversee the full-cycle accounting for industrial and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will manage financial statements, prepare reports, and liaise with property managers. Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus, along with a degree in commerce or accounting and a CPA designation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare month-end financial statements and management reports
• Perform management fee and rent billings
• Conduct tax filing and remittances




• Assist with budget preparation and forecasts
• Review accounts receivable inquiries from tenants

Requirements:
• Degree in commerce or accounting related field
• Minimum two years of property management accounting experience
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related software
• Solid communication skills
