• Partner closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Project Controls throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 from planning through commissioning
• Review project scope, drawings, estimates, and execution plans to create detailed work breakdown structures and schedule logic
• Identify critical and near-critical paths, monitor schedule performance, and recommend corrective actions
• Integrate schedules with project budgets, resources, productivity metrics, and forecasting
• Track progress against baseline schedules
• Prepare project control reports, including S-curves, manpower histograms, and schedule performance updates
• Analyze schedule, cost, productivity, and change management data for forecasting and decision-making
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders on scheduling standards and reporting requirements
• Support proposals, look-ahead planning, project forecasting, and development of junior schedulers and project controls personnel
• Travel to project sites as required and work in fast-paced construction environments, including remote locations and extended project assignments
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Target of 5 years of project planning, scheduling, or project controls experience
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
Experience with project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance reporting in a construction or infrastructure environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills




Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with TILOS linear scheduling is considered an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel, work at project sites, and adapt to flexible schedules as required
