Requirements:
• 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure
• Solid cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber)
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and adapt to raised floor environments
• Preferred certifications: CDCP, CCNA, or similar
