Excellent-West Lifeco is seeking a Compensation Consultant to support governance of executive and broad-based compensation programs. You will analyse data, develop insights, and contribute to the annual compensation cycle.
You will administer programs, conduct benchmarking, partner with HR, and leverage automation and AI to improve reporting and efficiency while upholding data integrity and confidentiality.
