In this permanent full-time role, you will collaborate with Integrated and Primary Care teams to deliver actionable insights from health data. Your solid analytical background will support strategic planning and improve patient care through KPIs and statistical modeling. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze health data to uncover trends and patterns
• Develop and report clinical and quality KPIs
• Create automated dashboards and data visualizations




• Lead data solution development using Power BI and EPIC
• Mentor team members in data tools and techniques

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in related field required
• 3-5 years in Business Intelligence tools experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Experience with hospital reporting considered an asset
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
