Lead donor development for Hope Story, a Christian ministry focused on vulnerable children globally. Build relationships with churches and donors to foster ongoing support and funding initiatives.

As the Manager of Donor Development, you will be at the forefront of expanding Hope Story’s donor base. Your abilities to cultivate relationships and guide a dedicated team are essential for achieving fundraising goals and sustaining the organization's mission. You'll represent Hope Story publicly, engage with diverse church communities, and drive the strategy that supports our annual budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grow the donor base by connecting with new individuals
• Lead the monthly giving program, Champions of Hope
• Represent Hope Story at churches and ministry events




• Develop and manage fundraising strategies and campaigns
• Partner with the Executive Director on major gifts

Requirements:
• Proven success in securing charitable gifts
• Experience building and managing donor pipelines
• Effective public communicator in faith settings
• Ability to guide staff towards fundraising goals
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
