Conduct analysis on business requests focused on processes, systems, and technical requirements
Support process documentation and create process maps using MS Visio, Miro, and Confluence
Identify, document, and analyze business requirements for process improvement and technical solutions
Facilitate meetings, monitor team metrics, and track work items in Jira and Confluence
Participate in meetings with business partners, vendors, leaders, and team members
Support lean and agile team members with data-driven analysis and practical recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with IT team members and business partners
Provide additional support during lean and agile projects as requested by Senior Consultants or Directors
Requirements Sound problem-solving skills with a proactive, inquisitive, and independent approach
Comfort with data analysis and related data activities
Experience in process mapping and process documentation
Facilitation skills with the ability to guide and manage group discussions
Strong communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
