In this vital position, you will manage client files and maintain data accuracy within the Motor Vehicle System. Your analytical skills will enable you to support law enforcement and assist in timely processing of critical legal documents. You will be the first point of contact in identifying issues and provide administrative support to ensure streamlined operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client files and maintain data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with POPA regulations and fairness
• Assist in interpreting case files for branch members
• Coordinate IRS reviews and respond to inquiries
• Secure and disclose required documents for case reviews
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and three years of relevant experience
• Proficient with M365, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
• Experience in a judicial or customer service setting preferred
• Knowledge of Traffic Safety Act and related legislation
• Familiarity with legal document preparation is an asset
