As the Deputy Registrar, you will report directly to the Registrar/Executive Director, managing registration processes and regulatory programs. Your leadership will support strategic projects, ensuring alignment with NSRASLP's operational goals. The ideal candidate combines regulatory decision-making experience with an understanding of healthcare frameworks and solid governance skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee registration applications, renewals, and complex cases
• Develop Standards of Practice and revise regulatory documents
• Support governance development initiatives and Board committees
• Lead projects enhancing regulatory processes and public protection
• Represent NSRASLP at forums for harmonized regulatory practices
Requirements:
• Proven regulatory decision-making experience
• Background in policy development and legislation interpretation
• Strong project management and governance support skills
• Technical proficiency with complex databases and digital tools
• High communication skills for engagement with key stakeholders
