Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Personal Care and Body Mechanics workshops
• Deliver hands-on instruction in personal hygiene, grooming, and more
• Adapt workshop content to student group needs
• Support students in secure lifting and positioning techniques
• Foster a confident learning workplace for aspiring healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• Minimum five years experience as HCA, LPN, or RN
• Valuable standing with BCCNM or BC Care Aide Registry
• Prior teaching experience is an asset
• Commitment to an inclusive and equitable environment
• Knowledge of body mechanics and personal care practices
