Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Job Type: Full Time (FTE)

Experience: 15–20 Years
Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with 15–20 years of experience in resource management, project management, delivery management, and large-scale enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, program governance, and people management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage program scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
Partner closely with business leaders, Product Owners, architects, and development teams to drive decision-making and manage expectations.
Oversee end-to-end program governance , including risk management, issue resolution, status reporting, and executive communication.
Serve as the Scrum of Scrums Lead , coordinating multiple Scrum teams and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
Manage inter-team dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent execution across the program.
Monitor program metrics, delivery milestones, quality, and overall performance.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact timelines, scope, or quality.
Provide strong people leadership by mentoring team members, fostering accountability, supporting career development, and building a high-performance culture.
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions effectively to leadership and senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications 15–20 years of experience in technology program, project, or delivery management.
Strong experience in Resource Management, Project Management, and Delivery Management .
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale enterprise technology programs.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.




Experience working with business leaders, Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Scrum of Scrums .
Excellent risk, issue, dependency, and program governance management skills.
Strong people management, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple teams and competing priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
