YouthLink seeks a dedicated Wraparound Facilitator to support youth under 18 and their families. You will guide teams, coordinate services, and advocate for the youth’s goals in a culturally competent, trauma-informed framework.

The role requires two years of experience with youth and families, a relevant degree, and ability to travel for community outreach. Equity and safety are core to our practice, with opportunities for career development.
