- Perform maintenance and repair of heavy construction and maintenance equipment, including plow and sanding trucks, loaders, graders, and light support gear
- Follow manufacturer and internal maintenance programs and inspection procedures
- Engage in and participate in Ledcor safety policies and procedures
- Complete maintenance records and documentation as required
- Work in a shop-based workplace with travel to various field operations required
- Work Monday to Friday on 10-hour shifts

Requirements

- Must have a 310T Truck and Coach ticket from a recognized provincial authority, or a Red Seal On-Road ticket
- Previous experience working with heavy civil construction and/or highway paving and highway maintenance equipment would be an asset
- 421A Heavy Equipment Technician ticket is an asset
- Valid driver's license and ability to provide a 3-year driver's abstract
- Ability to understand and effectively carry out verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read sketches and diagrams
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
