Our talented team is growing, and we’re looking to welcome a Registered Massage Therapist who is grounded, professional, and collaborative – someone who takes pride in their work and values being part of a steady, supportive team.

Competitive Compensation + Generous Gratuities Standard 60 minute massage: $69 per treatment (plus tips)
Other treatment lengths average $66–$78 per hour equivalent.
Upgrade services such as hot stone and myofascial cupping are paid at higher rates, up to $88.60 per hour, depending on treatment length.
Gratuities are separate from commission and are not included in the above rates.



In a boutique spa environment – including outdoor hot pools and eucalyptus steam incorporated into treatment pricing – our RMTs consistently receive robust gratuities. Clients typically tip 15–25% of the total treatment cost, and RMTs keep 100% of tips.
