Elevate your claims career as a Liability Adjuster with ClaimsPro LP in Burlington, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on adjusting liability claims while providing exceptional customer service.

As a Liability Adjuster, you will engage with policyholders and claimants, investigate incidents, and ensure timely settlements. Leveraging your background in Commercial General Liability and Auto Bodily Injury, you will identify exposures and structure action plans. Your role includes a strong emphasis on marketing business development opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly contact and follow up with policyholders and claimants
• Investigate and report incident causes to clients




• Recommend reserves and negotiate settlements
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout claims
• Participate in after-hours service when needed

Requirements:
• Completion of high school; post-secondary in insurance preferred
• 5+ years of relevant claims adjusting experience
• Ontario licensing is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
