Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize control systems and HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical malfunctions
• Provide training to site operations teams




• Monitor alarms, user permissions, and system performance
• Document service reports and ensure compliance with safety policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and HVAC
• Familiarity with JCI Metasys preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to navigate complex electronic controls
