Quinte Health is seeking a Communicative Disorders Assistant to join their team under clinical supervision of Speech Language Pathologists. With a minimum of one year of experience, this role requires knowledge of family-centered care and the delivery of speech and language services across multiple formats. Assist in client care, program support, and manage various tasks related to communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement speech-language programs for individual and group clients
• Create communication boards and augmentative materials for treatment
• Schedule clients,



prepare materials, and maintain records
• Support departmental organization and cleaning of supplies
• Facilitate communication regarding client progress with SLPs

Requirements:
• CDA Diploma with at least 1 year of experience
• Robust knowledge in family-centered care
• Creative in developing communication resources
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Availability for extended hours and travel
