The City of Guelph is seeking a Route Supervisor for Transit Services. This permanent, full time position involves managing daily operations of operators and maintaining an effective AVL control room. Candidates will actively contribute to a positive work environment and enhance service delivery to Guelph Transit passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of transit services
• Provide coaching and training to operators
• Manage day-to-day labor relations issues
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure follow-up
• Maintain operational records and staff schedules

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in transit or transportation settings
• Valid Class BZ driver’s license in good standing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of CAD/AVL systems is an asset
