RPIA is searching for a full-time Business Development Manager to enhance sales and promote investment solutions to Advisors across Quebec. The right candidate will leverage expertise in Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds to cultivate new opportunities.

This role involves driving sales and supporting client relationships within the financial services sector. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with portfolio managers to maximize advisor outreach and will report directly to the Director of Retail Distribution. Success in this role depends on your ability to adapt and utilize CRM tools for optimizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of investment solutions to financial advisors
• Cultivate recent advisor relationships through proactive outreach




• Develop sales and client strategies for growth
• Apply needs-based approaches to align products with goals
• Maintain detailed CRM documentation of interactions

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years sales experience in financial services
• Progress towards industry-related certifications
• Extensive CRM experience in sales execution
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
