• Manage university partnerships and rank programs
• Plan and host campus recruitment events
• Leverage hiring systems to track application trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of HR experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort with navigating large organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
