Your expertise in maintaining hardware and software, including audio-visual technologies, VOIP systems, and firewalls, will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain Local and Wide Area Network systems
• Support PA, AV, and wireless technologies
• Monitor network activity for performance optimization
• Maintain Palo Alto firewalls and security policies
• Oversee technical documentation and user training

Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Information Systems Technology
• Minimum 7 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and network installations
• Cisco and Palo Alto certifications preferred
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
