We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Inspector to support our construction and inspection team on major civil and infrastructure projects across Ontario. You will play a critical role in verifying field work, ensuring contract compliance, monitoring quality and safety, and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine on-site inspections of construction activities to ensure they align with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Review pre-construction conditions and coordinate with contractors to document field work and deviations.

Prepare daily inspection reports, maintain photographic and diary records, and escale issues as required.

Monitor contractor performance including materials,



workmanship, permits, testing, and hold-points; raise non-conformance reports when necessary.

Liaise with contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues and compliance across disciplines.

Participate in site meetings, attend pre-inspections and walk-throughs, and support project close-out efforts by compiling final inspection records and punch-lists.

Use mobile tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Outlook) to document and track inspection activities.
