Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations on the assigned shift, ensuring a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment. This role oversees team performance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and employee development while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse team members to achieve operational, productivity, and customer service objectives.
Plan and schedule labour resources to meet daily workload demands while controlling costs.
Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities, safety expectations, and performance goals.
Monitor workflow and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
Coach,



mentor, and develop employees through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and teamwork.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring service expectations are met.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, customer requirements, and health and safety regulations.
Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate labour, attendance, and operational records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience; 3PL experience is considered an asset.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and shipping activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety.

Education Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Work Schedule Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (10-Hours Shift)
Full time position
During the training and onboarding period, flexibility may be required to work alternate shifts or hours as needed
