This position involves guiding prospective students through the recruitment journey, from initial inquiries to successful enrolments while collaborating with a Junior Recruitment Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the prospective student journey from inquiry to enrolment.
• Build relationships through phone, email, and in-person events.




• Drive applications and follow-up with leads.
• Deliver engaging presentations about the school’s offerings.
• Track and maintain recruitment data within the CRM.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or student recruitment.
• Solid relationship-building skills and effective communication.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Willingness to travel regularly for recruitment.
• Familiarity with Banff National Park is a plus.
