Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Installation, Service & Sales Coordinator for a well-established company in the Tillsonburg/Simcoe area.
Full-Time | On-Site | Starting at $70,000 annually, based on experience
The Opportunity
Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating people, schedules, and projects?
Our client is looking for an Installation, Service & Sales Coordinator to help ensure installation and service jobs run smoothly from the time a sale is completed through to project completion.
This is a hands-on coordination role that involves working closely with customers, installation crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate installation and service jobs with crews and subcontractors
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project details, timelines, and questions
Monitor jobs from sale through completion and proactively address delays or concerns
Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules
Assist the sales team with quote follow-up, appointment scheduling, and CRM updates
Coordinate service calls, warranty requests, and callbacks
Maintain accurate job files, permits, documentation, and paperwork
Communicate with suppliers and other internal and external contacts as required
Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the installation and service process
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, home improvement, trades, or a related service industry
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities at the same time
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, suppliers,



and internal teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
Comfortable learning and using CRM and scheduling software
Valid driver's license
Assets
Experience with roofing, windows, doors, eavestrough, soffit, fascia, or other exterior renovation products
Experience working in a construction or home renovation environment
